It is with great pleasure that we welcome the arrival of our new Centre Manager, Craig Wright, who joins us from Entrust Support Services having been a Senior Instructor and Training Coordinator there for the last 10 years. Craig has an extensive background in outdoor education and has kayaking, power-boating, bush-craft and archery qualifications in addition to higher first aid, safeguarding and sports coaching training. He has many ideas for extending the range of activities here at Woodlands Adventure so watch out for further details – to arrive soon. Craig says he is excited to be back in the outdoors, to be the manager of such a worthwhile and vital outdoor education centre and working with our fabulous team – as well as with you! He is very much looking forward to meeting all of you.
Craig has replaced Darren Nutting who was with us here at Woodlands for 15 years. Darren and his family have moved to the north of England and we wish him all the very best for the future. We know he will miss us, as we will miss him.
